The winning bidder will work with Pauline Shender, WSET Level 3 with Distinction, to design a personalized tasting for up to 8 guests. Pauline will select exceptional bottles from her carefully curated private collection, tailoring the evening to your interests and introducing wines you may rarely have the opportunity to experience. 

Along the way, she will share the stories behind the wines, what makes them extraordinary and how to taste them with a more discerning eye - all in a warm, lively and approachable setting.
